Why are their skins so pale?
According to SNPP, seems like it’s a reference to Rusty-n-Edie’s BBS: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rusty_n_Edie's_BBS Good stuff.
Not only are they perverts, but they are NERDY/GEEKY perverts, which explains why one of them is wearing glasses and a neat nerdy suit and the other is in ragged clothes.
Also, nerds hate sunlight, of course. Either that, or it’s because they’re Canadian.
