I love how seedy Shelbyville Manhattan looks, even before he announces his cousin-marrying predilection.
I….I thought that was the whole point of this journey.
The befuddlement was voiced so well too.
Everything about him from his name to his appearance to what he wants to do is, as you said, seedy. He’s a great one-off character.
