Dan Rather apparently decided to be part of this episode as himself. I am sure that could be taken as some sort of indicator, but I am too lazy and drunk to think about it.

Shearer apparently wrote this one. Of course, who knows how much of his material was leftover after being scrubbed by the script factory.
Somewhere between 5 and 10%, I reckon. But since it feels like everyone hates Harry Shearer (and Shearer doesn’t care much for them either), it’s probably below that. Negative numbers aren’t subject to percentages, are they?
