   I always wondered if the rules were that Moe was allowed to get mad. Or did he have to pretend to be happy even after being made to look like an idiot 😂

   This scene was in the second clip show as Bart is fondly remembering his prank phone calls. This was the last clip played and it would seem odd to someone who had not seen THOH2. I wonder if that was the intended joke (to most likely the majority of the audience who had seen the original episode) or was that semi-episode so slap dash that no one even cared.
