Dave has neither power nor internet at his house at the moment, but it’s okay because there is no promo image this week that needs to be zombified in Photoshop. Instead all we have is this from Simpsons Channel:

No, there is no “s” on the end of “mom”. So it’s another pun title and other than that we don’t know much. Given Zombie Simpsons affinity for wrenching plot twists, does anyone want to bet that the whole play group story line is either a) entirely in the first act or b) entirely in the final act?Unfortunately, FOX has the late playoff game this afternoon, and since it’s the one with Michal Vick the ratings are going to be huge and will likely bleed into Zombie Simpsons.
Oh, and that Bob’s Burgers show premiers tonight as well. Despite the involvement of funny people like H. Jon Benjamin and Kristen Schaal, it looks pretty bad. I’ll probably give it a shot, but I don’t have much hope.

American Dad was supposed to premiere in the 7:30 slot, but guess what pre-empts it? FOOTBALL. Yeah, why does THAT show continue to get the shaft, while Cleveland Show gets 3 more seasons ordered despite not being all that great?
That’s FOX for you :/ don’t worry I doubt ‘Bob’s Burgers’ will last long look what happened to ‘Sit Down, Shut Up’
Honestly? After this, I only have one thing to say:
If they can’t be asked to cancel the show, at least kill CBG off.
Why what happened?
Because, honest to God, I never thought I’d be as sick of a character as I am with him. He got a whole freaking flashback in that episode and he’s just not funny anymore.
How far into the episode is it I might have a look?
He shows up about fourteen minutes in, then just getting to the flashback takes another minute. It’s bad.
You have to admit that jab at twilight was funny tho
Jabs at Twilight have been done so often and they’ve usually been done a lot better. So no, not really.

Never had the misfortune of sitting through that, thankfully. I’m not keen on Twilight either, but referencing it isn’t exactly hard work, is it?

Agreed completely. It’s not that making fun of Twilight is bad or can’t be funny, it’s that this wasn’t it, and they just did an entire Halloween segment on it. I can’t help but think of Bart reading Mad Magazine:
“The lighter side of hippies. They don’t care whose toes they step on.”
Thank God there are people on here who agree with me about this. After seeing people on No Homers rave about how this overused, annoying character is “always a delight”, I felt like I was alone on this.
