Wow, I never noticed that Homer waves “bye” to the Model in that scene before.
And doesn’t the Model really say “Oh, you, hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo”?
In Family Guy the joke would’ve went:
– Do you come with the car?
– No, I come in the car.
My favorite part is after this with Bart in the Bonnie and Clyde death car, Homer telling Bart to show some respect for them (funny for two reasons: 1. Homer is an idiot, and 2. Americans do tend to praise ruthless criminals), and Bart finding the duo’s stolen cash.
Americans are idiots indeed =P
Funny for three reasons, then.
I just know if this were a Zombie Simpsons episode, Homer would have actually won the car and the girl, too, leading to another one of those tired “Homer & Marge’s marriage is in trouble” stories, probably with some hackneyed references to “Viva Ned Flanders” thrown in to top it all off.
Meanwhile, Lisa discovers she has arachnophobia since the age of 5. Guest starring Jason Ritter.
Ah, this never gets old.
