I thought about that, but I like that goofy freeze frame on Homer’s face.
I like that too, as well as Bart’s gigantic grin.
Love their elastic facial expressions. Wouldn’t get that on the modern computer-animated episodes.
Yeah, the modern episodes may look crisp and clean and well-detailed, but at the same time, they look sterile and kind of boring. It’s like they have a very strict on-model policy.
Speaking of classic Simpsons animation, any chance we’ll see another Animation Showcase post? I really liked the one ya’ll did for “Homer Goes To College”.
