Mr. Burns plots revenge against the music mogul who conned him with help from the mogul’s ex-wife, rapper Jazzy James, Homer and Bart.

So tonight is an hour long episode of zombie simpsons, which means we are in for a treat. It is what I assume to be a cross promotional episode for Empire, as Taraji P Henson is guest voicing, along with the RZA, Snoop Dog and Common. Also Keegan Michael Key is allowing his fingerprints to be on this train wreck, which is unfortunate as I find him quite entertaining.

Long and short of it is that tonight fox is going to show us what really happens when you try to shove 60 minutes of shit in a 30 minute bag.

Holy cow, this episode is REALLY bad. Perhaps the worst episode ever.

It might rival the Lady Gaga episode.

Technically, this is a two part episode aired as one, they even have separate production codes WABF04/WABF05

In context, this is the first two part episode since Who Shot Mr Burns. I’m sure history will judge them fairly.

Remember when Burns and Homer were Boss and Employee and acted accordingly, instead of going on wacky adventures like a pair of best buddies? Zombie Simpsons sure doesn’t.

And from what you guys are saying, this one must’ve been REALLY atrocious if it can rival the rest of the episodes they’ve been pulling out of their asses lately.

That’s what one of the many things wrong with the new simpsons. How they turned Mr. Burns from an evil, black-hearted yet too old-fashioned and ridiculous old man into a bufoon.

Zombie Simpsons just has the characters do whatever they want them to do to serve the story, whether or not it makes any sense.

This writer must be too young (or too zombified by the last 15 years) to remember real Simpsons. Using hip-hop has “never once borne fruit”??? Come on, Do The Bartman was an international sensation. Homer attempting to come up with a new rap jingle for Mr Plow was hilarious.

Not to mention rapping Abe Lincoln

Ah yes. And Homer’s cassette of Rappin’ Ronnie Reagan — “Hehehe. He did say ‘well’ a lot!”

Except that the article mentions both of those things.

“In the early 90s, Bart made a rap song for the album The Simpsons Sing the Blues and some years later, in the episode Pranksta Rap, he went to a rap show that turned into a rap battle on stage and won with multisyllabic schemes. An animatronic Abraham Lincoln raps and beat boxes at Duff Gardens in Selma’s Choice.”

It even has a clip of Rappin’ Abe embedded.

I’m impressed, Charlie Sweatpants. I didn’t think you’d like Keegan Michael Key (he was on another FOX abortion that stayed on for too long: MADtv [that Saturday Night Live knockoff from the 1990s]). Then again, I assume you don’t care much for black people…or people made from flesh and bone, considering how you’ve dedicated your life to watching a primetime sitcom filled with yellow, big-eyed humanoids. Oh, well. That’s what’s so fun about this world: you get to learn things about others that you never realized before.

You’re making a thinly veiled, baseless assumption that Charlie is a racist why?
