I just wanna warm people that if you’re gonna watch ToH XXVII for the same reasons people watch Ed Wood movies, do NOT watch the third segment. One word: self-cannibalism. And not in the funny, cartoony ToH IV way.
Are you saying its actually gory and disturbing? Thats new. Ill check it out.
Okay, watched it. Damn, that was vanilla. I was expecting so much more. Adding that disclaimer was just embarrassing. If you’re going to warn the audience that a specific segment is disturbing, at least make it more disturbing than the classic halloween specials. Why cut away when Homer is dicing up his foot, for example?
Having said that, it was the best THOH segment I’ve seen from the show since “The Ned Zone”. Is that saying much? No, no it isn’t.
I didn’t find it gory (I was able to watch the whole segment) but I found it really disturbing in a way the classic ToHs weren’t. This is, without any doubt, the most fucked up thing I have ever seen in Zombie Simpsons. I couldn’t believe what my eyes were seeing, I had my mouth open since the moment Homer cut himself the first time. I, I… I don’t know how could the writers come with these ideas
