I love the bit where he appears to be cutting Bart and Hugo but it’s actually two contracts.
That was pretty good. Kind of makes you wince until you realize that.
Haven’t watched on teevee in a while, but don’t they leave the slicing part and cut the contract part on reruns?
The contract gag is cut in syndication, but they left in the shot of Hibbert with the paper slicer. Like most syndication cuts, the plot point is retained but the joke is destroyed.
So this is just Simpsons quotes now? The internet has no shortage of that. is there an actual place commiserate over current The Simpsons?
