Always thought this was a great line. Not only did NASA actually plan to sedate Homer (it wasn’t just a silly request from an annoyed astronaut), he’s simply thought of as “cargo”, maybe only slightly more significant than the children’s letters or ant farm.
Yep it’s such a well thought out line.
