I’ve said this before, but for as ’90s as that episode was, it’s still very relevant. Just go to Coachella or Bonnaroo to see how little things have changed.

Remember this episode coming out as summer was approaching towards the end of 9th grade. Was jazzed to see the Pumpkins on the show. Sad that so much time has passed most kids are probably unaware of them now…

Apologising for nostalgia on a show dedicated to idolising the simpsons from the late 80’s to the early/mid 90’s? I’m pretty sure we’re all with you on this one. I wasn’t quite old enough at the time, to be fair, but the Pumpkins were (to a degree, “are”) awesome for sure. And when since have we been actually JAZZED to see a celebrity be on the show?
