Yeah, he’s one of those background characters who disappeared over the years.

If you have a street scene in the Simpsons you’re going to see Sideshow Mel, White-Hat Texan, Cookie Kwan, and nobody without a schtick.
They brought him back. He had a line in the lady gaga episode. It wasn’t funny or memorable or anything, which goes without saying.
