Nice touch of Mrs. Krabappel smoking and reading in the back, clearly not giving two shits about this.
I feel like this was originally a blade-in-candy-wrapper joke that they have modified at the last moment. Ah, those fat stupid Halloween children… The more American children die, the better.
I love how Skinner and Martin are the only ones smiling. Just the kind of people who you’d expect to be entertained by this. (You can sadly count me in as one of those people, too.)
