The thing I never figured out about this episode was how was Selma getting the tapes to the Simpsons so quickly? It was almost as if they were watching it as it happened. Especially when Bart realizes Sideshow Bob is going to kill her after Maguyver.
yeah that’s something I asked myself when I saw that episode. Kinda weird
If it was two or three seasons later they would have made reference to that fact. Since it was Season 2 I bet it was just a good old fashioned fuck up.
I messed up it was actually Season Three. Where do I turn in my Simpsons cred?

They were honeymooning in Shelbyville for a couple of days, and it’s one town over from Springfield; surely it doesn’t take that long for a package to be mailed such a short distance.
I just pretend this episode takes place nowadays and that they’re using Skype. On a TV. With VHS tapes.

Nowadays nobody watches Mac-fucking-Guyver. People go apeshit bananafuck over Suits or something. I dunno. I watch AGDQ.
