Funny how you post about freeze-frame moments in the next post, and there’s one right here, too. Beyond the ridiculous headline, you’ve got the fact that the Shopper is priced FREE (making it no better than freebie rags like your local “Metro” or such).
And unless my eyes deceive me, I think that’s actual text in the body of the article, and not just lorem ipsum gibberish. At least, I can make out “Springfield Nuclear Power Plant” at the end of the first paragraph. I would love to see the animation cell for this, if it still exists.
Err, scratch that, it appears the newspaper-line-thingie first appeared earlier in the episode with that one with the “PRINCIPAL STILL MISSING” headline. Still, though, I’d like to see what that text said originally.
