“Bart! You haven’t been paying attention to a word I said, have you?” – Mrs. Krabappel
“Yes, ma’am.” – Bart Simpson
“Well then, what did I say?” – Mrs. Krabappel
“Uh . . . straighten up and fly right?” – Bart Simpson
“That was a lucky guess!” – Mrs. Krabappel
Wonderful screen-grab. The older episodes/animation had so much soul and story-telling in them. One can really sympathize with Bart, not to mention how cute and adorable he is at the same time, in this scene.
I love how they remembered to put the chalk and eraser in.
I found first half of the episode pretty entertaining.
Wasn’t this the episode that kicked The Cosby Show’s ass in the ratings?
