Such a classic sign gag. I’m surprised you guys haven’t done this until now!
I’ve no idea what that junkie means…
He really should have known that wasn’t a head shop since you can see right through the windows that it’s a kitchen store a la Williams Sonoma. The gag would have worked better if there were no windows or if the windows were obscured.
I think you’re missing the joke here. Otto was probably so high (on, uh, capitalism?), that he missed the cookware completely, or he saw it and still didn’t realize his mistake, he needed someone to actually TELL him they weren’t selling any weed there.
