“Liability waiver?” – Homer Simpson
“Don’t read it, just sign it.” – Nurse
“Yeah, but all these skulls and crossbones on here, I don’t usually sign stuff like that.” – Homer Simpson
“It simply says you won’t hold us responsible if you die as a result of gross negligence. It’s a standard form.” – Nurse

As true and somewhat funny as this quote is, why oh why would you even bring up this episode? I’d like to forget it even exists. It’s about as Jerkass Homer as you can get and the uncomfortable, flimsy built-up to why the transplant was needed in the first place was probably the first real sign I noticed that told me my favorite series was never coming back, it had fully embraced its decay.

No disagreement on the episode overall. I can’t stand this one. But it is useful to mine episodes I don’t like from Seasons 10 and 11 for quotes sometimes.

What happened? There was another episode last Sunday and you didn’t say anything. Cmon Charlie it’s raging time, say how much it sucks and compare it to a better episode from one-digit season because some dudes critics say its like B+ not so bad. IOt can’t be `not so bad`can it?

Even this joke is the kind of thing they would’ve done so much better 3/4 seasons ago.

‘Eh, sounded like a classic joke to me. Was surprised it was from this episode.

I checked the tag, and I see this is the one that has Bloodbath Gulch. No wonder I hadn’t seen it in a while, since I avoid this episode like the plague. But it seems there are, in fact, some good lines in here. It makes me want to go through these mediocre or awful episodes from seasons 9-12 or so, strip out the few good moments, and splice them into other episodes.
