An ongoing ramble by Charlie Sweatpants . .
This scene always makes me laugh out loud. Even when the Simpsons did something this silly it fit so well and was completely on point. It could be either intelligent, poignant humor or off-the-wall zany humor like this, the Simpsons always did it perfect.
