Just watched this one the other day.
Even if it’s kind of in character, it really bugs me the way Marge threatens to badmouth Homer to the kids for not going to church. Happens all too often in real life, then the person no longer interested in religion has pressure to conform, lest they risk losing their family.
It’s almost like how a loved one is going to spend eternity matters to some people.
True, but no less uncomfortable when the kids are dragged into it.
