This is the one seasons 1-7 episode I never saw until last year.
And it was beautiful.
The head chef is one of the best one-off characters that there has been. The startled noise he made when returning from the car session with Mrs K and noticing the Fugu has me in tears everytime.
His skilled hands were busy!
