An ongoing ramble by Charlie Sweatpants . .
Is Lou the only Springfielder who works out his forearms? Reminds me of Popeye.
Lou was conveniently missing when all the other cops in Springfield were too fat to retrieve Timmy O’Toole from the well (even though he was still in the episode). Although maybe his forearms would’ve been too big for him to fit down the hole.
