Strawberry was great in his guest spot on this episode. I loved his “No hustle either skip” line. All the players put in pretty good vocal performances but Strawberry and Mattingly were my favorites.
“I still like him better than Steinbrenner”
In addition to the excellent vocal performances, the guest stars are also drawn to look like plausible characters in the Simpsons universe. Look at Strawberry!! These days, the animators are so intent on making the guests look instantly-recognisable (for the promo pics, no doubt) that they don’t look like real Simpsons characters.
