A wordplay on company names?
I think its a rib on the soullessness of Company identities. Moe seems to be unaware of this as he actually thinks there is a Mr. McStagger who owns the company.
Any crazy noises this week?
The boys down at Company L are still shocked by how low the ratings were this week that they just couldn’t bring themselves to make their entry this week. It was that bad.
Or, maybe Mad Jon’s been kidnapped by FOXey ninjas hired by Groening and Dave’s still in a catatonic state from this week’s disaster.
