Can someone explain the joke to a big dumby plz.
It’s nothing more complicated than Burns being evil and Smithers going along as an eager toady. Burns wants his biological weapons, and Smithers makes the whole thing sound sweet and innocent when he says that they’re “finally caught up” in a pleasant, conversational tone.
