   these were funny back then because these type of, what are they, ironic jokes? were original
   now, even when ZS does them, they aren’t funny anymore because they’re overplayed, and they always have that pregnant pause where we’re all supposed to laugh.

   Again i make reference to a comment made here by someone, about how the new scripts contain these invisible “laugh tracks”

      In fact, and IMO of course, this joke is very shallow. It’s what ZS is ridden with nowadays. But at the time, any self-respecting show could pull up once in a while something silly, without necessarily coming off as sucky. Today ZS does it ALL THE EFFIN’ TIME! With the character getting into a position from where they will be prone to get mocked, getting mocked, and then explaining that they are being mocked.

      and even if you think that the worst this kind of disposition could do is leave you changeless, you’re wrong. It slowly decays your brain via your ability to think.
