One of my fave classic Simpsons scenes and quotes of all time :)
I love everything about this scene – well not the fact that the dog died, but the fact that Cleetus and his family are working on the dam, that they brought the dog to the worksite, that Bob calls Merle “cousin Merle”, that Cleetus look funny under his hard-hat, the expressions on all of their faces…
