One thing I noticed is that Lisa has a Buzz Cola when she’s supposed to be going to sleep. Unless caffeine doesn’t affect her…
That’s my “Anal Cartoon Viewer” moment for the day.
That’s okay, she’s a lizard queen. She’ll manage.
Oh, that’s right. If an eight-year-old girl like her can handle tainted amusement park water, super sugary chocolate from England, vegetables (with who knows how much pesticides on it), trucker’s pills, and anti-depressants, then caffeine shouldn’t be a problem.
Yes, I am aware that some of these examples are from Zombie Simpsons episodes (the chocolate from England was from season 15 and the anti-depressants was from season 20, I think. The vegetables were from season seven, even though some people do think the show went downhill when Lisa became a vegetarian at the insistence of Paul McCartney. The Simpsons I know wouldn’t let the guest stars tell them what to do, which can also be a bad thing thanks to that Harvey Fierstein debacle where they wanted him to come back for “Three Gays of the Condo,” and Fierstein was pissed off at the fact that the show was relying on cheap stereotypes for homosexual men and urged the writers to do something different — which they didn’t).
I don’t think it’s Lisa who should lay off the Buzz Cola…
The soda thing could be a nod to Homer being a careless parent.
