My subconscious remembers quote this every time my alarm goes off.
They’re lying. Of course there are news at 4:00 AM, it’s noon in Moscow.
It’s always 5–I mean, 4:00 somewhere.
They probably mean “local news.” Then again, where I live, there’s always some shooting or home invasion that happens after midnight but before 6:00 am.
Of course =) These are the best hours to be up to no good at heeheehee
