DHS is getting awkwardly boring. Charlie keeps apologizing for having an actual life, there’s almost nothing going on because the purpose of this website was to help the fucking show go off the air, and they still haven’t and looks like aren’t planning to in the nearest future. I get that recent episodes must be so awful that they aren’t even worth discussing here anymore. People have dignity and prefer not to be tortured by shitty producers, who still get paid for producing animated diarrhea. Sure, occasional goodies emerge every Friday, but that wasn’t the initial point of creating DHS, was it?
I’m wondering if using one of those petitions sites to actually write one about ending the show (if it hasn’t been done already) would liven things up here a bit?
I asked the penguins here to start a petition a year ago or more to end the show.

2. Even if thousands of penguins signed the petition, as long as there is money to be made, they’ll keep the show going.
Lol and sadly yes, there’s profit to be had.
But they’re not making money out of thin air. People signing = people not watching = people most likely not going to buy more merch. In Ukraine last year they started the “Boycott Russian goods” campaign where they’re specifically not buying any Russian merch. This is fairly easy to do. I mean you don’t need a Simpson’s face on a product to enjoy it, right? We all have numerous different interests and are fans of multiple things at once.
Not playing stupid Simpsons apps would probably hit them the hardest. I can’t think of anything else they could say to: “Fuck that, we’re still going to ass-rape out stupid penguins with another product”. Won’t happen.
But we need enough fandom audience for that, though.
If someone never saw this episode and just read the script, the last line maybe would elicit a half-hearted snort.
It’s Castalenetta’s delivery of the last line that makes this joke one of the top Simpsons jokes of all time.
True, the voice acting was part of the success of the show, but this joke is still good for normal standards yet okaish for Simpsons standards.

it was a little weird to see
Both that, Bart’s penis, Not Hank Scorpio’s dialogue, and very very very few lines (“the U.S. government has lost all its credibility, that’s why it’s borrowing some of mine”), are probably the funniest parts of the movie.
Which is also an indication of how empty Zombie Simpsons is, if, after Lisa fighting against the Malibu Stacy empire and protecting Jebediah Springfield’s secret, after Marge’s affair with Jacques, after Homer strangling Bart over and over, all in a TV series… you make a movie where you show penises and middle fingers. How radical.
Arghhh NO, NOT THE BEES!!!! Er, I mean, NOT THE SIMPSONS MOVIE jokes, please!!! It sucked so hard!
