The DVD commentary to this episode even said that this episode predicted that Skinner and Krabappel would be a couple (season 8’s “Grade School Confidential”) and that Groundskeeper Willie was a pervert (season six’s “Homer Badman”).
Wish we could have seen Coach Fortner and his drinking problem.
