This is one of my favorite Simpsons moments and I never hear anyone mention it. I love that Homer is the kind of guy who apologizes to people on TV.
It’s an enjoyable quote to be sure, I just think it gets overlooked with all the catchier, more memorable quotes this show has to offer. There are just so many. This place is hanging by a thread, but Charlie still manages to find good ones when he does update. The site could probably go on for a few more years this way and we still wouldn’t run out.
I agree. It’s a good joke, but the level is so high that it’s nothing spectacular coming from this show.
