Random conversation topic, random reply, random conclusion… Why are these funny is this particular scene? Because they’re both kids at school, they play during recess, and there is no need to justify anything at all. When Zombie Simpsons has Bart act adult for at least half of an episode, then have Nelson come out of the walls for no reason, you’d understand that they have to expose on the matter, otherwise there is no more way to tell what is random, and what isn’t.
So, in other words, their shoddy screenwriting has some major flaws at the bricks and mortar level, yet what they do instead is simply patch the cracks in it.
BTW! Is Bart kissing Milhouse in that frame? I’m sorry, but… GUILTYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY

Ok, since people already write here mostly random stuff, here’s a fucking rant from meself: WHY do we need another Godzilla movie? HWHY?! I remember 1998 one like it was yesterday, please people who want to make money, don’t make money like this. Please go work in mines. Also, people who are going to go watch it, please don’t. Movies should cost 1$ per visit, refundable at the end unless you damaged public property with your urine, vomit, semen or other undesirable excretions. That should do it.
