was that word as hard to type as it is to read?
I just kind of sounded it out.
Sounds like a question you’re forced to ask when no one else asks a question.
Poor Skinner.
Stick-to-itiveness is a great word.
Yeah. Why couldn’t that have been in the dictionary along with “embiggen” or “cromulent”?
Also: While this episode had its moments, I think this (along with the Frank Grimes episode and the “Principal Skinner is a fraud” episode) is the moment when the show just became really annoying and not all that fun to watch (I made the mistake of sticking with the show until season 13, when really I should have just threw up my hands, shut the TV off, and tried to find something to do with my time on Sundays. Since this was before my family got regular Internet and videos and TV shows online weren’t a thing yet, my only options were watching whatever I taped on my VCR, homework, or sleep). And according to the DVD commentary, the writers joked that they should have ended it here, because there’s no way Homer would have survived that massive heart attack his daughter gave him when she told him how much money they passed up.
