That expression on his face is brilliant. ANOTHER score for the old school animation over the HD garbage.
And the sound effect for the “squeak-squeak-squeak-ping* sets the whole thing off, too. I wish this show was still on, but I’m kinda glad it ended 15 odd years ago. I’d hate for it to have turned into some shallow vessel, a hollow mockery of its former greatness. That would suck.
