I just love the subtle animation changes in this episode. There’s no obvious way to make Homer fatter (he’s already overweight @ 239), so they go for places like a wider neck (and fat at the back of it), wider/rounder/more protruding belly/abdomen/stomach, bingo arms, and bigger fingers… just a wider profile, overall. Lovely.

Nice point. I never really appreciated that.

Did Homer’s face get fatter as well or am I imagining things?

Close to the same shape, but you can see that the neck area is a little rounder and wider at the back.

I walk by a GNC everyday on the way to work. This pops into my head every time.

I don’t know the name of the episode, but I’m pretty sure it ain’t Homer Goes to College. Wrong tag?
It’s from King Size Homer
Yup. Screw up on my part. Fixed, thanks.
