Renowned Brighton graffiti artist Aroe MSK was commissioned by the landlord to paint the striking artwork on the house in Hartington Road as a result of his Viaduct Road piece last month.

The Simpsons trivia tournament was, as many predicted it would be, perfectly cromulent.
The questions were tough, the players were nerds. I went into that tournament all but certain we’d win; we placed fourth.I am an early Simpsons nut and the questions were all from seasons three to ten. How could I fail? I’ll tell you how: questions like What is the name of the gun store from which Homer buys his gun?
Fourth. Shameful.
Really though, my friends and I had a blast. The host was dressed as Otto and the prize for winning was an inanimate carbon rod.
Our team name? Worker and Parasite.

So why does Wikipedia list the leftover episodes for season 26 that will air as season 27 episodes (unless the upcoming season 27 episodes haven’t been released yet)? And why does this season only have 15 episodes instead of the usual 20 to 22? I feel like FOX is slowly trying to kill off the show (short of moving the show to a different timeslot) and Al Jean is in denial that the show will reach season 30. Plus, in the fall, FOX is scheduled to air that show “Bordertown” and they’re bringing back “The Last Man on Earth,” so they have to make room somehow (unless they’re going to get rid of Family Guy and either Bob’s Burgers or Brooklyn Nine-Nine).
This whole thing feels sketchy, or is it just business as usual in the TV biz?
I’m not sure if I’m understanding what you have said, but the 7-8 of the first episodes of a modern season are leftovers from the previous season, so for the Season 26 broadcast run they only air around 14 episodes of the Season 26 production run. That there will be a Season 27 is guaranteed (Season 26 having 28-29 episodes? That would be weird), what we don’t know yet is whether there will be a full Season 27, and if there is, how many episodes has Fox requested. If they only request 14-15, then there would be leftovers for a Season 28, and that would be a sign of the incoming end of the show, but if they order another 21-22 episodes, then don’t forget we’re here forever.
Wikipedia says Season 26 will have 22 episodes, with the last one having the TABF16 production code, and another 8 episodes (TABF14/15/17/18/19/20/21/22) are listed under the “no scheduled air date” category. Those episodes will be broadcasted in the following season.
*If the only request 15-16, then there WOULDN’T be leftovers for a partial Season 28,
Here’s what I’m trying to say in simple terms: the number of episodes this season are low. I feel that FOX is cutting down on episodes due to either budget constraints or the show ‘s contract about to expire. Al Jean is not being straightforward with fans about the show’s future, even in the face of some employees fearing being laid off, plummeting ratings, and a possible new animated show set to air in the fall.
How is the number of episodes low this season? Season 26 will have 22 episodes. Even Wikipedia’s article for Season 26 says the opposite of what you are saying.
Then I must have misread it, but still, the deleted Twitter account of that one worker and everything else feels like FOX is trying to end the show, but rather than give the show a grand finale, they’re going to sweep it under the rug…or over to FXX.
At least it’s better than that Lucille Ball statue.
That “Brush With Greatness” link reminds me of how much I miss the fantastic running gag of Homer shrieking in terror every time he’d see Burns outside of work.

I was wondering the same thing. Also a weird choice since Bartman was very rarely in the actual show–more of a Bongo Comics creation.
