Gotta like that shot of on-model Bart being yelled at by a very-fluid, off-model Principal Skinner. Anyways, RIP Sam, it’s a shame he couldn’t have made it a few more months to the big Six-O :(

The drawing here actually looks like a disciplinarian coming down on a trouble maker. Bart looks like the kid caught with his hand in the cookie jar, topped off by the slightly worrying look forming in his eyes.
That’s a good way to describe this screencap. Using perspective and distortion properly really can help convey the mood of a drawing.
