I remember being a bit shocked/surprised when I heard Lisa say the word “sexy” when I first saw this episode.
Keep in mind I was like 13 back then, and those were simpler times.
Yeah, I also fapped to her hard during the same age. I wished I could be her boyfriend.
Now I wish they’d age her up to 30 and give her nice boobs to flash before fainting Milhouse. Lisa is smart AND sexy.
Take a seat over there.
And you, sir, are worse than Hitler.
When I first laid eyes on the show, I was pretty stunned to hear Bart say stuff like “hell” and “damn”. But then again, I’d had an extremely sheltered and boring childhood.
Funny that you can say sexy on a kid’s show now. Ah, how times change.
Actually, you can’t. They’d up the rating for that. That’s why Mr. Algia Critic hired Malcolm Ray, so that the guy could insinuate sexual intent with just a smile.
“Lisa said a dirty word!”
i miss the bright, colorful backdrop that the 80s claimed to be.
80s culture was portrayed as being more innocent and less abrasive, though reality probably was nowhere close (i was way too young to understand how people could be cruel to each other, and likely had been since the dawn of time),
I’m surprised Lisa was willing to work on Wiggum P.I. but took a stand on the variety show.
She wasn’t on the variety show? Wow, I guess with some creative casting I hardly noticed the difference.
