[Edited because I’ve been hearing what I wanted to hear since 1993. I’m not going to stop referring to Worcestershire sauce as “stanky” though.]
I believe that should be “steaky.”
As someone who’s never much cared for Worcestershire sauce, it pains me to admit this, but it looks like you’re right. SNPP and the DVD subtitles have it as “steaky”. I’ve been hearing it wrong all these years.
