Why does Homer even try to parent Lisa? At 8 years old she’s clearly smarter than him.
In fact, both Bart and Maggie are smarter than Homer. He shouldn’t be parenting, I don’t even think he deserves these kids. His kid should be Ralph Wiggum for all that matters.

And for the b-plot, add Moe who suddenly wins a smartphone and starts using it to create video vines of himself pre-suicide. This gains mass attention to him on the internet until chief Wiggum, who’s pissed off at Homer for adopting Ralph for some reason, intervenes and for another reason both plots crash land on each other and the episode ends with Eminem and Pitbull bashing each other with mics.
Barney: I like it!
Worth mentioning that this was from Season 10. By this point, Homer’s more callous/idiotic Scully-Era persona had set in.
Little irritating how Lisa has to explain the joke in this quote. Seems like the first line is enough.
