   I like how a 10-year-old kid is dreaming of dancing with some hot Latin chick, yet it’s absolutely normal because there are no innuendos involved whatsoever. This is so childlike, just as about anything from “Bart After Dark”.

      It’s no dream sequence; this happened for real in-universe. And it’s great because Bart is just like “Well, I got this coupon for a tango lesson, might as well get it out of the way,” like it’s just another in a long string of sub-average birthday gifts.

         Jiminy crickets, you’re right!
         Although I wanted to mostly point out how they used to handle Bart being apathetic to the sexuality overall in the series. Not only did he not really mock it, but at 10 years of age he actually understood what “burlesque” stands for, why has his mom suddenly become mad at his dad spending the night next to an exotic dancer (besides, both he and Homer actually end up going to see the dancer, and Bart is still fully understanding of what men would want from such performance). It’s like he’s actually tons smarter than Homer regarding sex, whereas Homer is much less interested in it and regards it like a child’s play.
         And I like that. Even though it’s not realistic a tiny bit and, moreover, doesn’t make any sense.

      It wasn’t a dream; it was a montage of Bart spending his birthday coupons on free goods and services, like ice cream that looks big on the poster, but is really small and served by a sarcastic ice cream clerk, a free shave (despite that Bart has no beard), and tango lessons with Rosarita.

   Anyways, I’m a little disappointed you didn’t grab from the Shary Bobbins episode, but I guess there’s always next year. And I also had no idea that Maggie Roswell voiced this character, which is pretty cool!

      You could always look for a Latin hooker, ask if you could call her “Rosarita” and she call you “Senor Bart”, and get crazy. Latinas have the softest crack btw.
