I held off on posting this yesterday because it’s a rumor I really didn’t want to be true, but Simpsons Channel says it’s happening (there’s already box art) so I guess it’s time to move on to Stage 2: Anger. Season fucking 20 is heading to an optical drive near you this year, as in before Christmas. And just a few months after I thought I was done with 20 for a long time. We’re getting kinda done around here with “Bart Gets a Z”. (Not a moment too soon, as far as I’m concerned.) But there was one final thing I wanted to point out: you cannot keep these characters from aging. Biology won’t let you. “Bart Gets a Z” had a lot of Mrs. Krabappel, who is voiced by Marcia Wallace. To take but one example, Lenny and Carl were once a pretty normal pair of work buddies and, as work buddies often are, they were hilarious together.
