It’s “capo di tutti i capi.”
Since I know no Italian, I grabbed that version from Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capo_di_tutti_capi. Is that wrong?
Article thing… You Romance languages screwed up so bad even parts of Slavic and Germanic ones are still paying the price.
Yes. I once went through all the trouble of fixing all instances of “capo di tutti capi” on German Wikipedia and then didn’t feel like doing all over again for the English version (not to mention all the other language versions that got it wrong), so you can thank my laziness that that article is still wrong.
However, an Italian person pointed out the mistake on the talk page (all the way at the bottom):

And I’m currently in the process of fansubbing an Italian TV show, so I know what Im talking about:
On the same note, “tutti frutti” is also wrong. It should be, “tutti i frutti.” Leaving out the definite article after “tutti” is a frequent mistake non-Italians make when trying to speak Italian.
