And I always thought the girl with the pigtails sitting behind Ezekial (or Ishmael) was in Lisa’s class. Continuity error or trivia fact I never picked up on?
Just checked wikipedia recent deaths and saw Sam Simon had died, but I haven’t seen any other sources. I really hope that’s not true.

Never saw that last part on TV. Must’ve been cut in Canada, due to “Jewish concerns”.
Jewish? But those characters are so obviously mormons or Jehova witnesses…

Well, I have to watch the ep. I just know it was cut.
Maybe it got complaints from the Jewish community in Canada. I know in America it aired uncut, even in syndication (free-to-air, not cable) when a lot of small jokes and plot-irrelevant scenes like this would normally be removed.
