He’s the server who said that he from TGIScratchy’s “Itchy and Scratchy Land” who wished that he was dead when Marge said to him that it must be great to always be ringing in the new year.
He also looks like the same guy from that McBain in-store movie in “Saturdays of Thunder” who shoots McBain’s partner and rides away on a motorcycle.
And yeah, I know I’m late to the comment (party?) here, but meh.

Also, that woman looks as if she could be related to Miss Hoover.
It’s a bland Canadian woman stereotype. A likely jab at Beverley McLachlin.
But she DOES look like Miss Hoover, only with blond hair and a will to live.
Why does Homer look like Marge? And Luann van Houten look like Kirk? Have you ever seen a couple of two unrelated people looking exactly alike? It’s the Simpsons style, many of them look alike. And no, I’m not saying she doesn’t look like Hoover. I’ve had a nerdy and feminist girlfriend from Thunder Bay a couple years ago who looked exactly like that.
That’s not just a Canadian, he’s a caricature of Neil Affleck.
Man, screw you guys, this episode’s still got more life to it than a bunch of S10 eps. and a TON of the S11 eps. And even ignoring the quality compare/contrast, I still like it, dagnabit.
