I can just imagine Matt Groening watching this at the color screening, going “What’s up with that guy in the background? How’d he get in there?”
That guy in the background looks like he’s in tremendous psychological pain. Has he ever appeared after this episode? Seriously, I need to know. I’m worried about him. That is not the face of a healthy man.
